What is so magical about our label that everyone keeps trying to slap it onto their forehead? Is this like some kind of banana sticker shit or what?

I’m planning a trip somewhere, and right now I’m leaning toward Chengdu, China (which I’ve seen people jokingly call "Gaydu"... cuz it's gay), though nothing’s set in stone yet. I’ve also heard Bangkok is really fun and pretty open-minded?..

The only thing making me hesitate about China is the inevitable lost-in-translation experience.

Would love to hear where you’ve been, what places felt worth visiting, and what you’d recommend, preferably without requiring me to sell a kidney (so not the US, me have no visa).
