I work at a thrift store in the donation side of things and take meds right before leaving but each day at the same time I feel completely exhausted and like I'm overheating

I just started using soda stream again and got the .5L bottles how much of the flavors should I put in, I did 3 Tbsp and it tastes a little too strong.

I'm using a fan in my room, but it oscillates end on my chinchillas cage, I have glass on the outside of the lower bars but I want to make sure he's fine if the fan actually hits him
