This is the drawing room at the entrance of our house. It's quite spare at the moment and barely gets used, so I'd like to make it more inviting and functional.

We're open to changing the sofas, curtains, rugs, and decor, but not major things like wall colors or structural changes. Also I live in a quite pahadi area, so that modern tone is not that much possible (reason for bright colors), I'd love to hear any suggestions on colors, furniture, layout, or decor that you think would work well here.
