I moved into this new space on the 19th floor (lots of sunlight!) in Mumbai a couple of months back. I've been employed at a corporate for about a year now, so finally living off of my own salary!

I've tried to make this room a bit cozy, but I feel it's time to level up a bit.

I'm obviously on a budget, so I would love some well thought out advice on how to make this room cozier - a space I can call my own, a space where I can be myself.

I love diffused lighting and coziness, so that's probably the theme I'm aiming for. Here are the before and after of the first stage of decor.

This is my workspace, i want to decor this section of my room. Things I can't do: wall colour change, flooring change and expensive decors and makeovers, little bit on budget friendly side.

I just finished college and got back home, so I’m thinking of giving my room a new look.
I don’t have the full budget right now, but I earn around 90k a month, so I’ll be buying things gradually. My total budget is around 1.5 lakh.
I’m really inspired by the orange and warm white lighting in different parts of rooms which I’ve seen in YouTube videos, they look super beautiful and cozy. I’d love to recreate that kind of vibe in my room.
I’m aiming for a simple, clean, and aesthetic setup with warm lighting. I like the cozy feel created with table lamps, floor lamps, photo frames, wall art, plants, and other small decor pieces.
I’d love some ideas or inspiration for things I should buy and how to make the room look nice without overdoing it. If you’ve done something similar, feel free to share pictures or recommendations.

My mother really wanted a little swing here, and while I don’t like the idea it’ll be great if it’s included.
Still optional though.

I want it to be warm toned, a little vintage with plants and air. We might also host people here.

This is the entrance to my house and as highlighted in the picture I think I want to make a cabinet that goes till the ceiling next to the door , a small coffee table for any clients to sit and chill , and a partition from where the false ceiling starts. I’m open to any ideas and suggestions from you Guys pls don’t spam Modi / BJP 🤣🙏🏻

Guys , help me out to renovate the main door entrance of bunglow having modern contemporary design. The door should blend with the theme and must also merge with outer garden space.

In love with this mirror, maybe because I designed it myself! I worked with the carpenters to bring it to life, Made with teak wood and slightly modified from the original design because of the difficulty, but they really pulled it off and made it look very close to what I had envisioned. Now it’s become the mandatory photo spot for everyone who visits my home. That somehow makes me really happy!! 🤍

The modular portion is highly affected by termites, we are doing a renovation so pls suggest with the design it should look pretty and also functional.
