Tomorrow Is Finally the Day - What Are Your Thoughts Going Into the Durk Trial?
After 671 days since the OTF members were arrested- Kavon London Grant (“Vonnie🐀”), Deandre Dontrell Wilson (“DeDe”), Keith Jones (“Flacka”), David Brian Lindsey (“Browneyez”), and Asa Houston (“Boogie”) and 664 days since Durk was arrested on October 24, 2024, it looks like we’re finally approaching trial.
(Only Durk, Dede and Browneyez are going to trial on August 20th.)
Originally, the trial was scheduled for January 7, 2025, but after numerous delays, the judge has set it to begin for tomorrow. No more delays, no more BS — the big day is finally approaching.
What is everyone’s mindset going into the trial? How optimistic are you about the outcome?
I also want to emphasize that Durk is presumed innocent. Everything he has been charged with remains allegations made by the government, and he is innocent until proven guilty in court.
At the same time, I want to say Long Live Pab. He was unfortunately killed in broad daylight, and his family and loved ones deserve justice and answers, regardless of who is ultimately responsible.
What do you all think going into tomorrow? Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts and predictions.

DEDE AKA BIG THREAT BEING SLOPPY
I honestly can’t believe Dede being a dodo brain going out his way to message Quando to ask him where his pipe at was😭. Most of these guys honestly cooked themselves by bragging about it. However, they could say is Dede just disrespecting Quando is genuinely not a good look going into trial. (Exhibit 201)
What’s everyone thoughts on this
Lil Durk — 8/18 FINAL PRE-TRIAL HEARING: FULL BREAKDOWN OF THE EVIDENCE, GANG ARGUMENT & FINAL RULINGS
This is a breakdown of what was discussed and ruled on during the hearing. Arguments made by the government are allegations, not findings of fact. Durk remains presumed innocent long live pabb and may justice be served but let's get into it.
📸 EXHIBIT 41 — AUTOPSY PHOTOS OF S.R.
The government wants to introduce two autopsy photographs of Saviay'a Robinson (S.R.).
The government's argument was that, even though nobody is really disputing that S.R. died from gunfire, they believe they need to present the "whole story" to the jury.
Durk's defence, led by Brian Steel, argued that the photographs aren't necessary because the jury already knows that S.R. died from gunfire.
RULING: Under submission. The judge said he would decide by the end of the day.
EXHIBIT 148 — VON WEARING OTF & O-BLOCK CHAINS
This is a screenshot showing King Von wearing OTF and O-Block chains.
The government argued that the image helps establish who Von was and his connection to Durk.
The defence ultimately withdrew its objection.
RULING: ADMITTED.
💵 EXHIBITS 152 & 159 — DURK, WILSON & CASH
These exhibits involve photographs of Durk and Wilson with cash.
The government said one of the earliest leads LAPD had in the investigation came from Exhibit 152, which was a post from Wilson's Instagram that allegedly included PW-1.
The government says PW-1 will testify about both photographs and that the money shown was allegedly divided among the shooters.
RULING: ADMITTED.
✋ EXHIBIT 156 — “PISSED ME OFF” & HAND SIGNALS
The government says a witness will testify that certain hand signals were created for Von.
They then want to show screenshots from the “Pissed Me Off” video where Durk is allegedly making those same signals.
The government's apparent purpose is to connect the imagery in the video to the group's alleged identity/signals.
RULING: ADMITTED.
🎥 EXHIBIT 182 — “BLOCK IS HOT” FESTIVAL VIDEO
This is footage from the Block Is Hot song on the project for the only family "Loyal Bros 2" in December 2021 involving Wilson.
The government's reason for wanting this admitted is particularly tied to PW-1.
They say PW-1 was present when the video was filmed and can be seen wearing an orange sweater.
The government also claims PW-1 was confronted by Durk and alleged co-conspirators in a bathroom during the shoot.
According to the government's account, PW-1 was told he was being reckless with his alleged criminal activity and that he could potentially get everyone caught up with the federal government.
RULING: ADMITTED.
EXHIBIT 183 — WILSON & GANG SIGNS
This exhibit contains photographs of Wilson allegedly throwing up gang signs.
The government says PW-1 will testify that the signs were disrespectful toward another gang.
This exhibit is important because its admission depends heavily on the larger question of whether the government will be allowed to present its gang-related theory to the jury.
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
The judge's decision on the overall gang issue will determine whether this evidence comes in.
🎙️EXHIBIT 220 — 2023 VOICE **MEMO
This is a voice memo from 2023, which is well after the murder.
The government says the recording involves Boonie Moe giving instructions to PW-1 at Durk's direction.
The judge had previously allowed the evidence but raised new concerns because the recording occurred so long after the alleged murder.
The judge questioned why something from years later should be considered relevant to what happened at the time of the murder.
The government argues that the recording demonstrates that Durk gives orders, regardless of when the recording was made.
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
📱 EXHIBIT 219 — TEXTS BETWEEN DURK & WILSON
The government described this as potentially being close to an admission.
Their interpretation is that Durk and Wilson were frustrated that O-Block wasn't taking revenge for Von, essentially leaving Durk and others to handle it themselves.
The government's argument is that this helps establish a motive connected to revenge for Von's death.
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
🎥 EXHIBIT 10 — VIDEO OF THE SHOOTING SCENE
This is footage showing officers at the scene after the shooting.
Steel strongly objected to this, characterizing it as footage of a person dying and arguing that the government primarily wants to use it to generate sympathy from the jury.
The government wants it admitted as part of its presentation of the shooting.
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
EXHIBIT 170 — TEKASHI 6IX9INE / WACK 100 PODCAST CLIP
This is a podcast clip involving Tekashi 6ix9ine and Wack 100.
The government says PW-2 will testify that the clip helped spread the concept of “slide for Von” and that everyone became aware of it, including Durk.
The prosecution's theory is that this helps establish the atmosphere surrounding Von's death and the alleged retaliation that followed.
RULING: ADMITTED.
EXHIBIT 209 — NEW YEAR'S TEXT
The government says this is a text chain from several weeks after Von's death.
According to the prosecution, Durk expressed that he wasn't celebrating New Year's because his friend was dead and nobody was doing anything about it.
The government says the message also references Rondo and claims that Rondo was acting as though he had nothing to worry about despite Durk allegedly having information about his location.
A cooperating witness is expected to testify about this text.
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
EXHIBIT 216 — TEXTS ABOUT THE OTF TRAP HOUSE RAID
This concerns a text chain around the time an OTF trap house was raided.
The government's position is that Durk and alleged co-conspirators believed PW-1 was cooperating with federal authorities.
According to the government, they later discovered that PW-1 actually was cooperating and that the cooperation helped lead to search warrants being executed on the house.
The prosecution says Durk told people to delete the conversation, with another alleged co-conspirator specifically mentioning deleting it from iCloud.
The judge raised an important issue:
How can the government prove that this conversation was about the murder rather than drugs or something else?
Because of that concern:
RULING: UNDER SUBMISSION.
🎵 MOTION IN LIMINE #6 — THE GOVERNMENT'S TWO SONGS
Previously, the government had wanted to introduce 19 Durk songs.
The judge told them to pick only two.
Today, the judge basically asked them which two they had chosen, joking that he and his law clerk had even debated which ones the government would select.
The government chose:
“Back Again”
and
“Still Running.”
BOTH WERE ADMITTED.
🎵 “BACK AGAIN” — WHY THE GOVERNMENT WANTS IT
The government focused on lyrics they say reference providing money to someone getting out of jail.
Their argument is that PW-1 was incarcerated and that Banks was financially supporting him and providing him with cash after his release.
The government also focused on another portion of the song that references PW-1 allegedly committing murders and a MAC being involved.
PW-1 is expected to testify that a MAC was his favourite gun.
The prosecution is therefore trying to use the song alongside PW-1's testimony to create a connection between the lyrics and alleged real-world events.
🎵 “STILL RUNNING” — WHY THE GOVERNMENT WANTS IT
The government focused on lyrics describing retaliation for a deceased friend and shooting at a vehicle.
They then connected that to Quando Rondo appearing in a Rolls-Royce during a 12th April 2021 interview named "November 6th" the death date of king von and Quando Rondo adressing the video with Angela Yee
The prosecution's apparent theory is that the song's references can be connected to the events surrounding Von's death and the alleged retaliation against Quando Rondo.
Again, the important part is that the song itself is now allowed into evidence.
THE GANG THEORY
This may have been the most important legal issue of the entire hearing.
The defence argued that this case started as a murder-for-hire case.
Steel's argument was essentially:
If the government cannot prove the alleged bounty/murder-for-hire theory, they shouldn't be able to turn the case into a gang-related murder case simply by introducing gang evidence.
The defence also argued that, if the government's theory is actually that the murder was revenge for Von, that doesn't necessarily make it a gang crime.
Steel argued that the underlying dispute could instead have been connected to music or a relationship/girlfriend dispute, rather than gang activity.
STEEL'S ARGUMENT ABOUT THE GANG EXPERT
Steel strongly attacked the idea of bringing a gang expert in front of the jury.
His argument was essentially that the government wants the jury to hear the word “gang”, associate the defendants with gang members, and then subconsciously conclude that they must be guilty.
He characterized the government's proposed gang presentation as something designed to “send chills down the spine of the jury” — essentially making the defendants appear dangerous or frightening rather than proving the actual allegations.
The defence wants the jury to decide the case based on the evidence surrounding the alleged murder, not simply someone's alleged gang affiliation.
THE GOVERNMENT'S ARGUMENT — VON'S DEATH REQUIRED RETALIATION
The government presented a very different theory.
They argue that Von was a highly respected gang member and that his death created an expectation of retaliation.
The government put Exhibit 115 on the screen — a text where Durk says something along the lines of “Real Gangsta”, receives a response referencing someone going out “gangsta,” and then Durk says he has to go all out for him.
The prosecution says this supports their theory that Durk acted because Von was a respected member of the group and that his death required retribution.
GANG ISSUE — STILL UNDER SUBMISSION
The judge has not yet ruled on the overall gang issue.
This could be one of the most consequential decisions because it determines how much of the government's gang-related theory and expert testimony the jury will hear.
If the judge allows a broad gang theory, the government gets considerably more room to explain the alleged relationships, symbols, hand signs, music and communications through that lens.
If the judge limits it, the defence could prevent the government from turning the trial into a broader argument about gang culture and instead force the prosecution to focus more narrowly on the alleged murder itself.
and finally the ANONYMOUS JURY — IMPORTANT RULING
The court officially ruled on the anonymous jury issue.
The attorneys will know the jurors' identities, but the defendants themselves will not.
Durk's team also withdrew its previous motion asking for the defendants to know the jurors' names.
So the final arrangement is essentially:
Attorneys know → Defendants don't.
Quick PW1 add on which I forgot to (VIA TLR)
Says PW1 now known as OTF Jam was provided musical opportunities like his appearance on the Loyal Bros 2 project with the song called “Federal Freestyle”. Gov says PW1 feels he never would have got these opportunities if he didn’t carry out murders for Durk. Long story short jam admits to being a hitman for Durk.
OTF JAM IN BLOCK IS HOT MUSIC VIDEO CONFIRMED
Following up on my last post about OTF JAM it seems Durk confronted him about being sloppy in committing murders and that he’s gonna get us as OTF caught up by the Feds. Ik Jam was forsure shitting it imagine you in the trenches and they tell you come in the bathroom lol but the sightings of him at the video is 34-35 seconds kinda hard to get a good frame photo of him so go put the video in slow motion. Also, had another frame but unsure if is him but he’s pictured in a orange sweater also, booka is wearing one but you can’t miss that fat head of jam lol
Still Runnin being used is cooked man
In my post on the sub I literally say this song openly admits to stalking Quando and put the lyrics down and low and behold what lyrics are being used. This clearly going to prove significance in the stalking charge and show the multiple attempts on Quando head including telling Quando to roll around in a bulletproof truck. Durk is cajun fries extra crispy with sauce on the side right now. This witness needs to come big but thoughts? (Also I love Durk but I’ve come to terms he’s being found guilty of stalking).
Verse below takes disses at Youngboy and Quando rondo including openly admitting they are sliding at Quando shows which proved true when Quando was the victim of a shooting which saw him be shot at over 100 times😳.
Back Again Submitted and OTF JAM SPILLED ALL THE BEANS
On another account due to suspension issues but in this sub I done a post discussing all the incriminating lyrics Durk has said in his songs and in back again I skipped cuz I didn’t know what they would use and I was so sure JAM wasn’t a witness but turns out I was wrong and the main chorus of that song is being used against Durk. “Blast his ass I don’t ask questions when it comes to cash they catch him and blast his ass jam get out that jam I give him 50 ain’t gotta ask again”. (Wanted to say whole lyric songs a vibe lol) but he says that during a music video shoot Durk and other members bring him into the bathroom and tell him to cool down and he’s bringing the Feds on them. Also, Jam says he was giving the federal freestyle on the infamous Loyal Bros 2 tape as reward for his loyalty and says without the murders he orchestrated for Durk he wouldn’t of got these opportunities he believes. Seems he’s gonna say under oath he has done multiple murders for Durk which is wild and that he was invited onto the attempted murder of Quando Rondo which ended up killing Lul Pabb by high ranking member Boonie Mo which said to Jam that “Durk wants to fly you out for this murder”. This shit is crazy Jam testimony is as cooked as it is but when Vonnie comes oh my Thoughts guys I am flabbergasted big shoutout to TLR again for the news.
Who Is The Secret Witness Durk Has
Durk today in court brought up he has 25 witnesses he wants to testify however and when I mean HOWEVER I MEAN HOWEVER one name was blanked out and the judge was shocked and according to TLR Drew had a smurk on his face. Durks witnesses are all being kept secret from the prosecutors but one name has startled the judge. My predictions is Lul Tim or Quando Rondo has to be man. Is anyone else catching my drift or am I reaching WISH THIS SHIT WAS BEING RECORDED MAN IMAGINE SEEING QUANDO WALK IN HELPING DURK😭😭😭😭😭
Lul Pab Autopsy Being Used As Evidence 😔
Shoutout to TLR with the quick asap news but Feds just said they want to use the autopsy photo because the video they have of the shooting is in black and white and is only 2 seconds long. Also, they want to bring bodycam footage from first responders so expect to see emotional Quando reaction like we saw on the news that day man. They want to blank SR face but show the multiple bullet wounds he attained that day and being a heavy Quando listener he said on could of been me “ my homie got shot 9 times out that Bentley truck” so 9 bullet wounds in 2 seconds. Long live SR man as much as I am a Durk fan I do want justice for SR I remember on that day feeling so bad for Quando his life really took a 180 due to stuff he never wanted to be involved in and said numerous times on track he wish they spoke to him but you kids can call him scared. Thoughts on this guys?
Lul pab is on the right of Lul Tim who’s dead in the centre
Looks like 6ix9ine has got the final laugh over Durk
Feds are planning on using the off the record podcast with 6ix9ine and Wack100 hosted by DJ Akademiks. Feds are basically backing up 6ix9ine point he made on TLR and VladTV that he made Durk crash out because PW1 is saying Durk acknowledged this clip during the slide 4 Von campaign. Sorry I do love Durk but I love 6ix9ine I think that guy is comedy gold man the ig post is bound to come today of him saying “I TOLD YOU SO I SPEAK FACTS”. Thoughts on the Feds saying this last pre trial hearing looks crazy big shoutout to TLR for the live video updates had a little moment in his last video where he mimicked me but I’ll see past it🤣🤣🤣
Durk Needs Help
Listening to old days by Durk and he was all on about nothing left out here protect who you love but this guy really wanted to continue a deadly beef with Quando which took his best friend and Lul Pabb life. All that pr stuff of trying to change was bs lol imagine how good it would of been to see Quando and Durk squash it lol if fredo bang and yb squashed it and there beef was more deadly these two should of been able to been alright with one another smh
