Around 2023 I enabled 2FA thinking it would help secure my account.. Its so secure I cant get back into it since I lost access to the phone I used to enable 2FA. I'm stuck in a feedback loop of automated responses telling me to reach out to the authenticator support (they cannot help me, I've tried). Ive submitted 30+ tickets and wasted days of my life trying to get it back, Ive hit a wall and don't know what to do at this point. Rockstar support has been literally useless. I need advice on how to proceed passed submitting a ticket and waiting for an automated response, or how to exploit the ticket system to somehow get a humans attention.
