2x 315, 1x 365, Failed 405
Any advice for things I can fix in my deadlift? I notice my upper back is slightly rounded in general and on the 405 I’m leaning back which causes me to lose it. I’ve hit 405 1rm before but haven’t been able to match it since. Worried I might be using too much back and am not feeling the “leg press” feeling everyone talks about
