James Bell got the new style RB C3 to work in my Stribog. I know RB is crappy due to their business practices but I just had to get the new style trigger to see what it was all about. The video was sent to me like this so this is the best video I have of it.

Drop in from Cloak Industries for the GHM (no modifications other than the drop in trigger pack. I have nothing to do with this company or have any insight the public or yourself can’t find out by googling. I just think this is pretty awesome. I did preorder one myself but that doesn’t mean I have insider knowledge.

Howdy!

I actually live in Utah but live in a Condo In the SLC metro area. I recently discovered it’s legal for me to pursue balcony solar. But I have questions I can’t find the answer too. The solar part would be the easiest part of this it’s my HOA that I’m concerned about. I found the bill (linked below) but I also found an article summarizing the bill (also linked below). In that article it mentions who is covered and whatnot (pasted below). I don’t have exclusive roof rights the roof is a shared space for all owners. But I do have two balconies that are a pretty good size each that are mine. So can my HOA come back and tell me since I don’t have exclusive roof rights I’m SOL? Or is there something else in writing saying I can put solar on my balcony and it doesn’t need to be the roof.

Covered homeowners:

Owners of single-family homes with solar rights

Townhome or condo owners with exclusive roof rights

Any homeowner with legal authority to modify their roof

Does not apply to:

Renters (unless explicitly authorized by landlord)

Shared-roof situations with no exclusive use by any single owner

Commercial properties (separate rules apply)
