Recently bought a cheap psa-15 to mess around with and try my hand at smithing , was thinking going frt route w this one since I alr have 2 other built semi/ binary rifles. Anywho, I’m looking for the best drop in frt with Minimal work required to function and mess around with ( aside from common stuff like heavier buffer and anti walks)TIA!

Is a 3 position safety necessary for the kabuto drop in FRTs? Mine comes in the mail today but not sure if I need to swap or not

Can I just drop a rarebreed frt15 into a zion 15 without having to mod anything (of course the bufferspring i know will need to be changed.) Has anyone tried this? If this will not work I am assuming i need to buy a separate upper and lower that will take it, what are your guys recomendations on that? Thanks.

In short, they got their Sig Sauer MCX Spear in .308 to run with a DTT FRT and the Frankenstein Armory Heavy TSB. 50 round drum mag just pissing 30 cal greatness! 🤤​

So yeahhhh, now this is my life. I'm now on a quest to build this for myself, I actually own the MCX Spear, and never thought I'd see the day an FRT would rock in a .308!

***Question***: Where can you buy a DTT FRT?!?!

I'm really new to the FRT game (I have a Partisan Disruptor, ARC Fire V2, and Atrius G Lever - but I'm still on deployment and haven't had a chance to really check them out 😵).

Anyhoo, they​ are being vague about which FRT actually work in it. In the comments Juicey Media replied they are using the DTT.

They also show on the screen which ones work with the Sigs (DTT, Dairyland, and WOT) but I can't find any of their stuff for sale, not even backorder/pre-order option on any of their websites. I dunno - maybe I'm stupid, lol.

​I thought DTT was one of the OGs, basically a RB clone. But the only thing they sell are completed/stripped lowers for a bunch of money, and just RB FRT. Is there a difference?

Should I just sell my soul and support RB? I mean, it is a super-semi .308 battle rifle after all - and I'm not really using my soul anyway, ya know? ​

Have these guys been sued into oblivion? Why is it so hard to find a damn DTT FRT to buy?!

Recently a buddy told me about the atrius G-lever, and the idea of it alone sold me so hard on wanting a permanent FRT in my rifle that doesn’t affect the quality of my current trigger in semi. I currently have an SSA-E in my BCM mk2 upper with Aero m4e1 lower. Use BCM’s standard BCG as well, A5 buffer system and have EVERY A5 buffer weight already.

I quickly found out that atrius isn’t the best brand, mainly because of their level being prone to breakage. Since they are kind of expensive i wanted to go with the best, seems like the ARC FRT is that?

My only concerns now are that I have to cut the trigger, which I initially wanted to try to avoid but now I’ve come to accept it and actually am looking forward to the project. Other than that, I’m not sure if the FRT is compatible with my lower & upper receiver or if I will have to cut some material off of those as well. If anyone has any experience using the ARC FRT in a similar setup I’d would LOVE to hear how it worked for you.

Other than that, I’m trying to decide between the V1 and V2 models, is the only difference between them that the V2 model is ambi? Really I don’t need ambi, it would be cool but not sure if it justifies the price difference as I’m a righty.
