New Tyres in expenses for universal credit/self employment purposes

Should I add 4 new tyres purchased as expenses for my monthly universal credit self-employment entry? Has anyone done this? I had a soow puncture and thought I would only need two tyres, but it turned out I needed all four replacing. This cost me over 300 pounds. But I also use this car to get to my part time Employed job as well. What are your thoughts? What would you do?

Starting and finishing routes on time

Be truthful. Who is really starting and finishing a relay pitstop run in the suggested time to actually get paid more than minimum wage? I'm an experienced delivery driver of over 20 years but new to parcel delivery. If you are actually delivering al the parcels and not leaving on the front door steps.
