Hi everyone

I recently had a partial toenail avulsion done with phenol to kill the matrix as I had an involuted nail on the outer side that went vertical and dug in.

I’m a bit concerned as it seems the podiatrist has gone further across to the left than I expected, so the toenail is now quite unbalanced across the toe. Could this cause problems in terms of greater walking force pressure on the new edge, leading to more in growing nails?
