I answered him but then I felt that he’s right! Like people are going to get relief by DORCAS case, then what’s the value of in rush Class Action?

I read Jimmy motion and to me he has brought two points, class action and not adjudicating. But wasn’t it more appropriate if he was mostly considering his plaintiffs benefit and push for non-adjudication/unreasonable-hold + some timeline?

If Morrison can get such relief, why he can’t/don’t want to go that direction?
