OPG 5 days a week onsite
Im coming from the private sector and recently on-boarded for about a 2 years contract role.
My previous job was pretty much wfh (4 days) and 1 day in office.
Looks like OPG is pushing hard for 5 days on-site. Any indication if they will embrace hybrid eventually?
I put alot of value on remote flexibility.
Do you think its worth it long term?
