Broken Dell U4021QW
Hi everyone!
I own a Dell U4021QW from 2022 and it suddenly stopped working. The monitor still powers on, but the screen stays black and no OSD shows up.
I already had it checked by a repair shop here in Italy, and they traced the problem to the main board / motherboard or the T-Con . The issue now is that they haven’t been able to find a replacement part.

I’m based in Italy, so I’m trying to understand whether anyone has suggestions on:
- where I might find a replacement board
- whether this board can realistically be repaired
- who in Europe / Italy might be able to work on this kind of issue
Shipping the whole monitor seems pretty expensive because of its size, so ideally I’d like to either source the board itself or find someone who can repair it without having to ship the full unit around.
I've also found the same monitor with broken screen on Ebay, but buying it and shipping it to italy costs more than buying a new one..
If anyone has dealt with a similar problem, or knows where I could look for this part, I’d really appreciate the help!
