I started last Thursday, started on 1mg. Side effects have been nausea and a little diarrhoea on day 2+3 but it has completely taken my appetite away and when I do try to eat I am struggling to force it in as it’s making my stomach turn. I haven’t eaten a proper meal in days, just the odd mouthful here and there, I’m starting to feel very empty and quite unwell now. I’m meant to jab again tonight so thought I would get some advice on whether I should give it a few more days or try lowering the dose? Thank you
