Tired of working Alone
I am working in a startup now. When i during my interview, Hr and founder told me that they have 5-7 employees here. But when i came to office here there was only 1 employee and the founder. No one else. When i asked. He told they are working remotely. But then i found that there are not working here. He just calls them when a project come and after that they stops. Now in this company i am under great pressure. I am the one who is responsible for developing, testing, bug reporting, UI/UX, devops, security and everything. i cant handle the pressure here. And yesterday, my boss scold me. Do you know why? because i found a bug that was made by him. Literally i just found the bug like 2 mins ago. I didnt get the time to think about it.
Its not that i hate my job. it is that i'm stressed. Am just a fresher just completed my course last month.
