On March 11, 2026 my Roblox account was compromised even though I had 2-Step Verification enabled.

Login history shows access from Bolivia, Russia, UAE, and Germany within a few hours, and Roblox also sent me a suspicious login/spending alert from Bolivia.

Around 83,000 Robux were spent through unauthorized purchases and trades. I provided screenshots, login history, transaction history, and all requested evidence to support.

My restoration request was denied multiple times even after review.

Has anyone here experienced something similar and eventually received a one-time courtesy restoration? Any advice would help.

Ticket #168036726 - Provided all evidence but support denied twice and closed the ticket.

This is a security failure on Roblox's side. Can a mod escalate this to the security team?
