Ordered item I can't use because I misunderstood the description
I'm sorry if this is repetitive, I've searched previous posts but haven't found a similar situation.
I ordered an item that I cannot use, because I failed to comprehend all the details of the item description. it's an annular bit for drilling through metal. I like tools, and did not realize until I received it that you have to have a specialized magnetic drill to use it. Since I'm not a machinist, I had not heard of this type of drill, I just thought it was a standard-type bit. I don't really know anyone who has one to try it out with, either.
Should I write a review saying I messed up and can't use the bit, or go through the "contact Amazon" route and explain why I can't use it? It's totally my own fault for thinking "Oh, that looks cool! I need one!" and not doing due diligence.
