Lost 7 stone, bereavement, gained a stone

I've been part of this group for over 2 years now, and it's been an amazing support system.

I've had an incredible experience on Mounjaro, losing over 7 stone since Spring 2024.

Last August, my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and I started commuting 150 miles weekly to help my mother care for him. He passed away 3 months later at home. It was an amazing time in many ways to be able to say good bye, but also extremely stressful in others. I have 3 children and work, so it was an awful lot to juggle. Since his funeral in December, I have been helping my mother cope (I'm an only child), sorting out probate for her, and dealing with a stressful work environment and my eldest taking gcses.

It's felt very relentless, and I haven't been looking after myself in terms of good food choices, self care, exercise etc. But we have a much needed family holiday in July, and I would really like to get back into a better mindset before then.

I do need to be kind to myself too, I realise this, as historically putting on weight has meant a lot of self negativity. But I need to try and enter a more mindful rather than firefighting state, if that makes any sense.

Obviously, I would like to lose some weight before the holiday, but more than that I just want to get back into a routine of making better choices.

Any thoughts on how to do this, suggestions etc gratefully received.

- I did have 2 years of cbt which ended before he died, which helped hugely for over eating. I have tried to go back to it but I have a new therapist and I haven't found it very successful.

Recommendations for self employed manager insurance e

Hi, I am a self employed non executive Operations Manager. I currently cover HR, Fundraising and Marketing for a charity.

I'm interested in recommendations for insurance to cover: health, lost earnings, public indemnity/liability/legal costs. Anything else that can be recommended, too.

Many thanks
