PRP/ PRF or microneedling?

Has anyone tried prp, prf, or micro needling for hair growth? They are supposedly natural treatments that are somewhat effective according to what I’ve seen on the internet. However it’s quite pricey. Wondering if anyone has tried it and if it worked for you? If so, what kind of problem were you trying to address? I have always had thin hair but it seems to just be getting worse with age. I don’t necessarily have bald spots but my ponytail is thinner than the width of a finger. Trying to increase thickness and health of hair, and or density.

nanoplasty or nano mist treatments?

I have extremely fine and brittle hair. It’s so fine that in a pony tail it’s maybe as thick as a plastic straw or two.

I am going to Vietnam to travel and I’m researching a lot of people get beauty treatments done because it’s quite cheap compared to western costs.

I was looking at one salon that does nanoplasty or nano mist treatments. It was listed under hair recovery treatments, with keratin treatment as the other alternative. Its description says “especially suitable for fine, weak hair, hair after childbirth”, etc.

Has anyone tried one of these before? It says it might take away volume for 1-2 months? If so, how much? Not sure it it’s a good idea for me to try/ hoping for some insights.

Tourist advice- mosquitos?

I have a mosquito net that you can wear over your face/ head… would that be weird to wear or does anyone else ever wear them around? I’m going to do the Cao Bang tour and have seen there’s a lot of mosquitos/ don’t want to get dengue etc, I also just have bug spray and can use that if it’d be over the top/ silly to wear a net!

I am a 30 year old solo female traveler and have seen people say the Ha Giang Loop is a must do/ see. Do you agree or is it not necessary? If so, I’d like to do an easy rider option for the loop. I will be there early June- I am totally ok with rain but am a little nervous about general safety on the motorcycle in rainy conditions. Safety is a top priority.

I’ve also seen that the tours are often geared toward younger party travelers. As a 30 year old, I’m not looking for the party scene but do want to be part of a group/ not just a private tour, but hopefully not be the oldest person of the group. I am decently active and have outdoors experience but also not looking to over exert myself / want to feel confident and comfortable if that makes sense.

Any advice on a tour company/ the length of stay?
