I know he's not as flashy as other villains but he does play a pretty cool role. He acts as the LOV's supplier, meaning he does actually contribute to their capability in some way. Not to mention his loyalty to them he shows while despite being brutally tortured by Re-Destro, didn't leak any information. And he's not particularly on anyone's side, as it is seen in Vigilantes he sells stuff to Knuckleduster unaware of what his intentions were. I dunno, he's just pretty cool in my opinion.
