I'm diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and OCD. I was on lexapro 20mg and buspar 10mg for around 10 months, recently buspar became unavailable where i live so i had to stop it, due to that, alot of my symptoms came back. I also changed my psychiatrist for financial reasons and this was my first time going to her. She prescribed me 100mg fluvoxamine (luvox) and 1mg of brexpiprazole (rexulti). After coming to this subreddit, i've started to feel a little scared of starting rexulti. I have a couple of questions. 1- has anyone had good luck with rexulti for anxiety and OCD? 2- what should i expect? 3- any advice?

She prescribed me 100mg fluvoxamine (luvox) starting at 50mg for a week and then increasing to 100mg, and 1mg of brexpiprazole (rexulti). I have a couple of questions. 1- i read that luvox doesn't interact well with caffeine, and coffee is something that i love too much to give up, is it true i would have to stop drinking coffee with luvox? 2- any thoughts on rexulti being used for OCD and anxiety?
