Hello. I resigned from cnx and upon checking, my TIN on the BIR Form 2316 is 000000000000. Made an inquiry on the BIR website,and received a notice na wala po akong record sa kanila. This seems to be a reccuring issue for those who worked in CNX, if meron po sa inyo na may HR email address nila or may alam ng process (via BIR ORUS if possible), I would appreciate the help po. Thank you.
