Hey there, I'm on 40mg of Vyvanse and have been for a while. I started on 30mg, which didn't change much; 40 mg is the same. I'm a bit calmer, but that's all. I went in to my Psychiatrist asking for Vyvanse as I'd heard good things about it, but I'm still nonfunctional after a year of being on it.

The executive dysfunction is actually killing me. Is there a med that will help me get off my arse ? so to speak. I realized how much medication could work for me when I was prescribed phentermine years ago for weight loss; I was exactly where and how I want to be. My mind was calm *and* I was able to break through the ED.

Are there any medications like that for ADHD/ASDers?
