Need to catch a train to Roma Termini that departs at 5:45 A.M., so I want to be at Centrale for 5:30 at the latest. What’s the best way for me to get there that early from the Spanish Quarter? Will taxis/the metro even be running at that hour?

If I'm flying from Naples to FCO and then FCO to Boston (on separate tickets), will I need to process through security again at FCO, or can I stay airside? I'll only have a carry-on and personal item. I only have American citizenship.
