Barely holding on lately and screwed up and peeked at someone. I stopped but it wont leave my mind and feeling tempted again. Finding it hard to hanlde it. Help

Having hard time after peeking. It been difficult today. Kinda slipped up last night but stopped but today feels even worse and it won't leave my mind. I don't know how to handle it and feeling tempted again. Help
