I got my I-140 receipt number in USCIS portal but haven't received the physical copy yet. Can I use this number to submit for the premium processing using the online portal? Any suggestions/experiences sharing will be greatly appreciated.
As I am preparing DIYing my petition letter, I believe reading as much of official UCSIS voice help. For that I am going through official EB2 NIW documents and also the AAO decisions. I am wondering if there's any repo who jot down RFEs sent by USCIS?
If I DIY my petition (not represented by any lawyer or paralegal) then do I write the petition letter in first person voice (like- my PE has national importance) or in passive voice (like- Mr. X's (X being me) PE has national importance)?
