Reality check

Hello everyone, recently I’ve come across a lot of issues with my 02’ V6 where I don’t have the time or money to fix it with little to no room or experience to work on it myself. I’ve put in around 6-8K to fix her. Everyone I know has told me to just buy a new modern model that won’t keep breaking down on me, idk if it’s just the peer pressure of friends, family and coworkers getting to me do so but I can’t bare to let her go any time soon, she’s got 186K+ miles and had her less then a year(or almost). have considered a “new” same generation Mustang just of the amount of customization I’m able to get out of it then any modern car, I’ve always had a heart for antiques and old cars. My options: 1. Buy any/all necessary equipment and tools to pull and rebuild the engine(with no experience) 2. Buy another new edge with low mileage but high-ish price 3. Buy a modern mustang(last resort) idk what to do and want your guy’s opinions on what I should do?

Help again….

I was driving earlier today and stopped at a light, out of nowhere I hear KNOCKING coming from the engine…. I only hear it when I’m accelerating and I pray to god it not a rod. I got under the hood and the prop rod and radiator cover were hotter then normal and when I reved it I heard it from the right side(can’t tell you exactly where just know it’s on the right side) only thing I know is busted on that side is the AC compressor

Question/discussion

Are we gonna half ago? I remove my cold air intake entirely to check on the filter and adjust it all in general and very close to the filter I noticed some green residue which I’m assuming is a coolant leak, I didn’t think much of it at the time until I got under the hood today and I saw more this time but on the intake shield, wondering if it is or what could it be?

Also noticed the power steering pulley is slightly chipped, should I replace it or should it be fine for a while?

Whenever I jacked the car up for whatever reason, I always used a regular jack on the pinch welds (obviously it’s badly damaged/bent) point being is what should I do or use to avoid the damage again for when I get them fixed?. Any other spots I’m able to lift her up safely?

I was driving her earlier and everything was fine till I got off of work; as I turn her on she starts shaking non stop and whenever I try to even press the gas it’s almost stuttering not wanting to go faster and whenever I tried to do so I heard a pop almost every time. Engine sounds week like on life support week, and the RPMs you’ll see. (issue resolved)
