11 days late post plan B
Exactly one month ago my girlfriend and I had sex and when I pulled out I discovered the condom had broke. Not a full break with much of the sperm still being left inside, but some was leaking out. It was a Trojan ultra thin with the spermicide for emergencies. The next morning we purchased a Plan B and took it 7 hours after the incident. She took it and we have waited ever since. She was actively on her period and on birth control at the time of the incident and had even taken extra birth control pills to “speed up” her period. Time has now gone by and she’s experienced cramps, stomach sickness, acne, moodiness, sore chest in the past few weeks however no period. There was an incident three days ago where she thought for sure it was coming and nothing came. Now we’re 11 days past her expected period time and terrified. We are not in a position where we can actively support a child or ready for that phase of our lives. Any advice on what to do? We are currently at the point of taking a pregnancy test and are praying that the period comes soon.
