I really needed to share my story cus I’m actively going through this and if you’re anyone like me or have gone through this, please help!

Theres this guy I had met online who lives a couple of towns over. I was feeling frisky and he was too, so we met up one day. We kissed and it was cute we had a little connection whatever right?

Nothing happened after that to be honest, months had passed since that, we didn’t have sex or anything- until recently…

We met up again and this time we actually ended up having sex. Me thinking that every guy has a great pull out game, his was very much weak as hell. He finished inside of me and I started freaking out internally. He claims he had warned me but the truth is he didn’t really do much to get me off of him to prevent any of this. Seemed like he didn’t really care to finish in me to begin with, whereas I was freaking out internally cus I was finally starting to lock in for myself and etc etc.

He paid for the plan b pill and I took it like 4 hours after it happened. All was good and I felt better after, until I checked my flo app… of course it said highest chance of pregnancy that day. I started freaking out even more. I’ve been avoiding him because I just don’t know what to do especially if I am.

I feel like he’s not gonna even care or want anything to do with it or me. Odds that I’m not, would be fucking amazing, but after reading many posts online and freaking out everyday, plus crying my eyes out because I feel completely irresponsible and hopeless, I’m starting to really worry. Another really concerning thing is the night before we did it, I was bleeding. I guess I was ovulating or I genuinely have no idea? It could be anything atp.

If anyone has any helpful tips or anything I’m just trying to think positive because I’ve been in really bad situations before but this one feels different…

I’m worried the plan b won’t work because I was already ovulating. Supposedly I had started ovulating days even before we did it so I don’t know if that means anything or not. Another note is when I took the plan b, like within 15-30 minutes, I felt it throughout my body, I got really hot and crampy and felt like shit to be honest. The cramps were unbelievable. I wonder if it worked? Anyone go through the same thing?

PLEASE REPLY GUYS I HAVE TO KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE A FINAL IN 4 DAYS AND IM FREAKING OUT ok so my last cycle was 31 days, started my period on 25th july, ended in 5 days, on 3rd august (cycle day 10) i had like unprotected EXPOSURE i mean it wasn't really sex it was 2m of him inside but no cum at all, like none when he pulled out, none around me none inside, nothing even came out of him. But i was scared of precum, i was like approaching my fertility window, so i was likely gonna be fertile in a day or two and ovulate around cd 14-17 (8th/9th august) so within one hour i took plan b (lev) and yeah i had symptoms and all not really much nausea just mid abdominal cramping and thick lotiony discharge a lot of it. BUT i was still scared so i took another 1.5mg dose of plan b on 4th august (cd11) at around 11 pm. My symptoms were bad, i was moody, i hurt like hell and i was paranoid as fuck.

cramping stopped in like 5 days and for a day i had no symptoms, then all of a sudden i had one sided left sided pain ovulation like for a few days, no lotiony-ness anm it was clear mucus, then around when the cramping stopped i got like kinda on and off stretchy mucus, then basically no symptoms and SUDDENLY i woke up one day and had sore breasts, wasnt crazy tho, soreness went down day to day, not sore anm. then i felt all pms-y for like 3 ish days no one sided pain, smts a mid abd cramp, less breast soreness, more like fullness like pms kinda.

ANW ON day 25 of my cycle (15 days after the first plan b dose and exposure (bc happ on same day)) i check my mucus and its THICK and theres brown in it, very little like i fished around for it arnd my cervix a bit, but nth. I'm also expecting my period in a week like 25/26th august so i have no clue what that was, im scared its an early pregnancy sign ??

ive had no withdrawal bleeding or like spotting whatsoever after plan b till like rn and even rn its a weekish bfr my period and very less and brown.

WILL UPDATE SO PLSSSSSSSS HELP AND RESPOND. and ik protection is key, ive nvr had any exposure whatsoever bfr this or penetration so im freaked, and heat of the moment but im scared ok so js be honest and don't schl me ik it was a mistake nvr being irresponsible again.

My gf took ipill on 3 july and she got withdrawn bleed on 9 july and stop after 9 days and she get her period on 5 august but her real peeiod date is like 30 july or 1 august dhe got her period on 5 august but it is heavy and painful with cramps ,backpain and headaches her period got stop on 14 august but after 14 on 18 august she had little blood and she constantly having headaches daily whyy ?!!!!! Pain is coming constantly and in waves also !!!!why this is happening????

I took planB on august 2 and started having weird pinkish/redish mucus on august 11. At first I thought it was ovulatory bleeding but turns out it was withdrawal bleeding from plan b.
However, about 3 days ago I noticed that my discharge changed more into period-like bleeding, (less blood clots and more actual blood).

I was wondering whether withdrawal bleeding and early period can overlap? If that's so then my period must've started 9 days early, but I'm really confused about how long I have to keep bleeding? It's been a total of one week already...

What's the longest you bled during withdrawal bleeding?

I took a plan B on the 3rd of august. That was around my ovulation.
I‘ve been spotting minimally for the last 4 days.
I took a couple tests and I‘m really confused.
Three test in a span of 24h were „positive“. By postive I mean a really faint line on all of them.
I also took a digital one and it was negative.
I‘m really desperate for answers. Has anyone had a similar experience?

hey. i took ellaone 24hrs after the intercourse (condom slipped, a brief moment of unprotected sex). flo app (ik apps are not reliable) said my next period should start on aug 16th AND i got “it” on 15th. but it’s kinda different and idk what to think about it

first day i used a tampon and when i took it out it was a lot of red/brownish blood etc looked like normal period. then i switched to pads cos i usually don’t use tampons it was just for my beach day. and now im on the 4th day on my “period” and it actually never fills the pad?? i see it on the toilet paper but it’s always brown. had some clots i think which ive never had before.

my boobs are not sore anymore (they were like 2 days before i got this bleeding), i have no other symptoms that would make me anxious.

also i had horrible cramps on the first day i dare to say it was the worst period pain i’ve ever had.

i can’t take the pregnancy test rn. i want to know if that’s okay after taking ella

Hey guys. About 5 days ago I took a plan b for the first time.

Anyways fast forward to today. My stomach is turning inside out. I’ve been running to the bathroom, I’ve never experienced such stomach pain and stomach cramps! Bad enough that the pain made me feel like throwing up. Now I just feel unwell from the pain.

I haven’t really experienced any symptoms from the plan b other than maybe this?

Does this sound plan b related or something else maybe like a virus.

I've been bloated this week. I took Plan B a few days before my period was supposed to start. My period ended up coming about few days late on July 29, but it was much lighter than usual. Now it’s August 17 and I’m seeing some blood in my underwear again, along with cramps. Is this normal after taking Plan B? I’m really worried I might be having some type of implementation bleeding. Or what if, even worse, my periods never return back to normal ever again? How Long will these effects last 😭

Hate this fuckin pill. I’m never taking it again.

I don’t have any physical symptoms besides the lack of ovulation. I don’t even know when THAT will begin or even when my period will start. All I’m feeling right now is intense irritability.

It’s so horrendous that even trying not to let the little things piss me off builds up a crash out.

Anyone had any similar experiences?

As in title , condom broke during sex , and my girlfriend was on ovulation , did leak alittle inside, as soon as that happen we went and buy revoke 1.5 levonorgestrel pill. within 1hrs. Is it dangerous or?

I took a plan b because I messed up my birth control pills. I just did it as a precaution.
I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, one at 2 weeks, one at 3, and now one after late period. I still haven’t started my period. I am having HORRIBLE pms. I’m having cramps that make me feel like I’m on my period but I’m not. I’m super emotional. Period just won’t come. What do I do.

i am not on any birth control but we used a condom. it was also one or two days after my period ended

GUYS I am freaking out so this is my second time ever taking a pill I took it literally 30 mins after and then I was fine then 3 days after I started cramping i am not near my period at all because I had just finished it like 5 days after doing it then taking a pill but I am experiencing back pain and stomach pain is that normal? you know the pain you get before you start your period I feel pressure in my lower abdomen and lower back and I can’t figure out if my body is preparing for me to start my period early or it’s the pill because I was okay before I took the pill please let me know if anyone has experienced this also I am so sensitive right now like I keep crying over everything. Hey girlies. I wanna share my situation and get opinions because I’ve been super anxious about it recently as this is my first time having unprotected sex and taking a Plan B, so I don’t quite know what to expect.

About a month ago (July 14) I had unprotected period sex while on the 3rd day of my usually 5 day long period. I immediately took a Plan B the day of. In addition, the Flo app (which I use to track my cycles and is super accurate with my predictions) predicted that my ovulation (without calculating the effects of the Plan B) would happen 11 days after said intercourse, which is more than enough time for sperm to die. Fast forward to now (August 16), my period is 6 days late. I have read that Plan B can usually delay periods for several weeks, but I am still naturally very stressed and anxious that something went wrong. I’m visiting a gynecologist in a few days for this exact reason, but I’m also super anxious for testing. Any tips, consolation, or comments anyone can give would be great help. Thank you Reddit!!

Accidentally finished inside but took plan b immediately after an hour, and we took two tests each days and all came out negative. Does that mean it was successful? Still no period

Hey so i’m very scared atm i took a singular plan b on the 22nd of June and since then all of july ive experienced bloating (sometimes very painful when id suck in my stomach theres like a slight pain or sometimes a sharper pressure around my bellybutton area sometimes above and sometimes lower also sometimes when i press it it makes me gassy) and back pain on my lower left back, i experienced sore boobs (particularly sore one week before my second period), missed my period for 30 days but i did experience very light bleeding after that with one particularly heavy day.
I thought after my period these symptoms would start coming off but it still has persisted with the bloating just that pain around my navel area, experienced chills, usually my sense of smell is very mid but now i noticed it improved (i was walking on the sidewalk and a open windowed car drove by closed to me and i could smell the interior), noticed myself get tired easily i can do nothing and my heart would start pounding a little more, also noticing my discharge during the month it was having some dry spells but ive noticed it pick up a bit and its very wet and watery/milky with absolutely no stretch just watery, achey , and i don’t know but i partake in the devils lettuce and i noticed how my mouth just doesn’t get dry, chest pains, congested like with my ears and my ears would just randomly start hurting and sometimes nose, just irritable at this point too

Testing :
I have tested countless times with at home pregnancy tests , even a digital clear blue that came up negative within the 3 minutes , as for the at home pregnancy tests i’ve been going crazy deciphering if there’s a line or not , i remember the first response one i took after a week i was cleaning up and i found it and it had a very slim second pink line , which worried me and like i swear id see shadows in the line looking back at my tests , HOWEVER i have gotten blood tests both on the 14th and 25th of July and 0.05% of HGC levels , even did an ultrasound the 4th of august and they didn’t see anything out of the usual even took it to a gynecologist and with my symptoms and has said it shouldn’t be a worry, even about the pregnancy tests dilemma and the things like my heart racing is due to anxiety but i don’t know if i can chalk it up to anxiety smth has to be behind it and i feel like ive done every single form of testing i could

would just like some insight if someone has been through these symptoms after plan b also note : i don’t take any other form of birth control it was only the plan b, ive taken plan b in the past and haven’t gotten symptoms this bad but so far ive seen that does happen to some people

I have taken 4 plan B’s over the course of a month, it’s completely my fault and I should have done my research as I hadn’t realised how incredibly unsafe this is. Me and my boyfriend are both young and pretty new to this with neither of us completely understand the intended use of Plan B at the time.
Any advice would be amazing as I have been rapidly gaining weight and feel awful (about 5kg in 2 weeks). My eating habits were consistent over the two weeks I was gaining weight and now even as I’m dieting and exercising more I just seem to gain weight daily. I feel incredibly swollen and am just living in joggers, any tips on how I can quickly shed this weight and feel normal again would be really appreciated!!

Hi all, I (21F) had sex with my bf last night but the condom broke & he ejaculated inside me. Wondering if I should take a Plan B. This has never happened before, and I’m on a Lupin combination pill (Drospirenone & Ethinyl Estradiol), but I don’t always take it at the same time every day. I’ve never missed a pill, just will sometimes take it a couple hours after my designated timeframe. I know the window for combination pill is 12 hours, just want to be safe and not take any chances.

Been reading up all the side effects & the way different bodies react to emergency contraception. I’ve talked to a few different women, but I know that it varies by person. Any advice will help!
