I know there is risk of PSSD but still want to try it. Is it smart?

I’ve read a lot of comments on yt and reddit that people said this drug does ruined their lives because they have perma sex. dysfunction.

I am avoiding that drug too long I have it at home but doesnt take it because of that.

I kind of believe there can be permanent damages because I am 3 years of the Bupropion/Wellbutrin and I have permanent tinnitus.

And permanent tinnitus is more rare than already very rare pssd so I can have very sensitive nervous system so the risk of PSSD for me can be medium.

But why I am still considering that drug? Because I am in poor life situation now.. I am broke because of my depression, I have zero motivation because my depression is messing up my dopamine production.

So idk do u think its stupid to still risk it and take a pill if I know there is risk that can be permanent?

I quit nicotine, feeling better. Caffeine next taper.

Day 2 no nicotine.. pretty easy, caffeine is harder from my personal experience..

Which one was more difficult for you?

Now day2 nicotine free I feel pretty much that I won the battle but being caffeine free it is constant battle, the battle I mean brain dialog that is persuating you to have cup of black water.

Its crazy I may be thinking that caffeine is even more addictive and I was doing strong nicotine poaches like 20mg nicotine each and now I am on day2 nicotine free I dont feel need to start to have some.

On caffeine it was like almost every hour and everyday like for months its crazy.

I quit nicotine because it stopped my hair growth ( I noticed that my hair is taking much longer to grow and I am 30 not that old) so thats why I dont have that much cravings because my reason to quit was very strong I guess but I do still think that caffeine is much harder to quit.

Hey guys,

I am going to new job next thursday and I am thinking about quitting tommorow on friday cold turkey..

Its still hard decisions because I am not sure if its helping with manual labor job being caffeine free.

I will do manual labor job where ur doing same activity over and over again.

I feel like being caffeine free u just rely on a good sleep but when u dont have a good sleep u can still have a coffee and your day will go faster little bit and your productivity will go up.

But maybe if I dont drink coffee I will have a good sleep probably..

Does anyone doing manual heavy labor job while caffeine free succesfully here?

Caffeine helps u work on 150% first 2 hours then u fall down but caffeine free allow you consistency and work like 80% all day from my personal experience which may be better?

Let me tell you my experience with being high.

I was caffeine free few times and I was getting high from nature, from good healthy foods, from looking on the sun or reading a book.

This high was much better than from caffeine and cannot be experienced as strongly when caffeine is in my system.

I feel caffeine disconect you from reality the thing is that drug is just so normalized that my friends wil tell me to chill, its just a coffee bro..

Whetever I am on caffeine I feel like someone put thick sheet of paper in front of my eyes so I cannot see the reality.

I think thats the reason people relapse? Everything comes clear, you wake up from matrix and you realise how miserable your life is. It is like awakening very uncomfortable.

Caffeine makes u mask all of your problems, but when you quit you realise everything and you start to make your life together like cold stone killer and then you tell yourself that you feel proud of yourself and amazing so you should treat yourself with coffee and that its ok coffee sometimes..

Then second day huge hangover u just have another coffee. Third day ur addicted. If you have coffee two days in row, ur addicted again and u convince yourself u only do small cup of morning and then.. well everyone knows and then again your life start falling apart because if your sleep is messed up..

This is exact life of people sensitive to caffeine. Best solution is to switch to decaf because thats how normal people feel when they drink regular coffee.

Decaf because I dont think coffee is bad but too much caffeine is bad. Yes decaf still have some caffeine but it is huge achievement when trying to improve your life.

And also coffee is addictive taste + caffeine is addictive to the brain thats why its so hard to quit because when I was caffeine free I was really enjoying that taste of that decaf after lunch.
