So I myself am afab, and I go by she/they but try to appear androgynous. Like half of my best friends of transgender ftm mtf and I'd just like to ask this question to those who aren't my friends​ too.

I hope this question doesn't seem insensitive but it popped into my head.

If you were born as your desired gender, do you think you'd be different as a person? (if environment and everything else is the same) ​Please correct me on anything if I'm wrong but I was just thinking about it.
