I have been diagnosed with hashimotos for 4 years now (37F). I have been gluten free for about 1 year and I have recently figured out I can’t eat corn. When I would eat those things and get super stressed I get rashes/hives in my armpits and get super fatigued. I thought that was/is a flare up for me.
Just a few days ago, I got the most painful joint pain (hard to walk)and hand/feet swelling. I have never experienced this during my time with hashimotos. Is this a true flare up and before this I have never had an actual flare up?
I also didn’t eat any gluten/corn or experience anything super stressful. I did do a parasite cleanse about 1.5 weeks before experiencing this joint pain.
