Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / CAD Designer from the Philippines to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, experience in architectural and construction drafting, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the U.S. architect and project team.

 

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings for permit and construction documents
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and site plans
• Coordinate with the U.S. architect to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Maintain organized drawing files, project documentation, and drafting standards
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project updates

 

Qualifications

• Architecture graduate or any related course (licensed Architect is a plus)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, along with other related drafting software
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in architecture and construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Must provide and maintain own computer equipment and licensed AutoCAD software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 

Preferred

• Experience working on permit and construction drawing sets
• Experience in remote work setup is an advantage
