Looking for a young person that wants to be a part time boat captain
I’m getting a boat and harboring it in one of the marinas in grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach. I’m looking for a part-time Captain somebody with a reasonable amount of experience but also somebody that’s not gonna try to gouge me to break my bank.
