$99 CPM on Average. Meta Ads

So, I have a new campaign, new ads, and new ad sets. Horrible Results. My landing page is good enough to convert. I worked as a conversion optimization specialist for many years.

  • Amount Spent: $290.04
  • Impressions: 2,924
  • Reach: 1,993
  • Frequency: 1.47
  • CPM: $99.19
  • Link Clicks: 134
  • CPC (Link Click): $2.16
  • CTR (Link Click): 4.58%
  • Clicks (All): 266
  • CPC (All): $1.09
  • CTR (All): 9.10%
  • Landing Page Views: 103
  • Cost per Landing Page View: $2.82
  • Purchases: 1
  • Cost per Purchase: $290.04
  • Purchase Conversion Rate from Landing Page Views: 0.97%
  • Purchase Rate from Link Clicks: 0.75%
  • Daily Budget: $20/day

I had testing users on the site that I found online who had made purchases in the past for another service I offer. However, these users are low-quality users, so I cleared out the Pixel I had. For some reason, it seems like the people who have signed up are similar to those users. Also, the age group seems too old for the product I offer.

I was running like 3–4 static ads, so I’m not sure why my CPM is so dang high. Can someone please school me on what is going wrong?

Paid UGC Opportunity: $35–$50/Video for Meta Ads

We’re CloudWinnings, a small company looking for UGC creators to help us create videos for Meta Ads.

Compensation: $35–$50 per video
Deliverables: 1–3 UGC-style video ads per creator
Usage Rights: Perpetual, paid usage rights
Platforms: Facebook and Instagram
Scope: Short-form UGC videos for testing different ad concepts and creative angles

We’re looking for creators who can bring their own creative ideas and have a microphone if they’ll be speaking in the videos.

We understand that some ads will flop while others may perform well. We’re a small company, but we’re open to ongoing work with creators who perform well, and we expect to increase video rates as we grow.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has a basic understanding of Meta Ads and understands what makes a good ad creative.

If you're interested, please share your portfolio/examples of UGC work and your experience creating ads.
