I’ve recently spent some money on bras which I thought finally fit me, turns out they don’t fit well when sitting for more than a few minutes.
In fact they are to varying degrees so constrictive feeling when sitting down, and they push down and dig into my ribs horribly at the point where front/side meet- I was wearing the Freya flirt bra yesterday when driving and really felt panicked at how tight it was beginning to feel.

I’ve done the band test on them all. They are not too tight, most bras also cannot keep the correct tension and the band rides up at back (even though shoulder straps are at loosest often, and the band is not too big. Sometimes my bras are so tight feeling at front/side when sitting, but the back band feels fine- I get quite bad marks on my ribs, not the breast tissue.

These bras all dig in when sitting> worst Freya flirt 30GG, next worst Gorsenia paradise 65J (30GG) although this bra looks like a great fit, looks the best fit of them all), panache blossom a bit better (though the back band rides up all the time, paradise maintains a more parallel band)

The only bra that I can sit in and not feel squeezed is the Gorsenia Casablanca in 65J (30GG), it feels much lighter when on too, if that makes sense? Im not aware of it being on (which is wonderful) Weirdly it looks a much worse fit than the Gorsenia paradise, but I think that’s because the top part is less closed off, and the bra is taller than I need.

For a while I thought all bands were too small when they were not at all, now i think it’s a cup depth issue? I’ve also recently discovered that my high bust measurement is 35 inches versus my snug underbust of 29 inches (standing bust 37.5 inches, and leaning bust 40.5 inches) I think this is an awkward combination.

I’ve found many answers online ranging from never under 4, to never under 15 years. I’m sure those kids have far too,much protein in their diet seeing as it’s about the only food group Tam can cope with.

Well I ordered a bikini top (panache serenity in uk 30G https://postimg.cc/gallery/qNCZDyp ) few months back and im sure it was ok on. We have a very hot spell here so I’m mostly at home not wearing much as it’s 35 degrees at its hottest today, and same again tomorrow. I thought I’d give my bikini top a go. It’s definitely much smaller and revealing than I remember.

I’ve learnt a lot in my time trying to find a bra that fits (which has been months and months now. I’ve learned that im top heavy, and that the upper fullness and centre fullness and very close set is perhapsunderestimated in the calculator. I d learned that I need a lot of porjection and lift at the wire. I’ve realised I have somewhat projected breasts, but as they start deeper in on my mild pectus excavatum chest they don’t appear so projected as other projected breasts do, think of a deeper valley as a starting point. I would say I had fairly round quite full looking breasts.

I’ve also got bigger boobs in the time trying to find a fitting bra, not put on any weight (if anything maybe lost a bit) (maybe scooping and swooping did that?)

Best fitting bra so far Gorsenia paradise in 65j (30gg) 65i (30g) fits ok too but that back band rides up, 65j is only bra I’ve had yet to keep a parallel back band and stay in IMF after hours of wearing. I also really like the panache blossom, but not as much as Gorsenia paradise.

Perhaps if my breasts hadn’t seemed to get bigger the panache serenity bikini top would look less small on? It feels very comfortable on (apart from shoulder straps sitting on breast tissue), had it on all day no trouble from wires, but it’s looks a bit ridicolous to me and I think I’d be conscious at beach etc. I bought this bikini months ago before I realised limitations of moulded cups. I can’t make shoulder straps on the bikini top any longer than they are, when sitting I feel like my breasts could escape the cup, when standing they are visibly spilling out.

I think what I’m after is something with move coverage, seemed cups, works for full on top, and not too much of a wide gore or wires. I don’t think I would choose non wired for wearing in public as I worry about levels of support.

I do have a bravissimo not too far away but yet to go as quite anxious and have preferred slowly but surely finding a bra that fits (having said that I don’t want to spend so long looking for a bikini that fits, as summer will be over by then..,this is the only bikini I currently have which is an option)

My best fitting bra is a Gorsenia paradise in uk size 30GG (65J) https://postimg.cc/gallery/MKmpsXw (originally I thought 30G was best fit) the Gorsenia 30GG bra provides depth and projection at wire which I need. It’s only bra that I can wear the shoulder straps to the correct tension (usually I have to loosen them too much in a bid to stop the back band riding up due to boobs pushing wire down at front…it’s the only bra I’ve tried with a back band which stays parallel, it’s the only one where wires stay put as I go about the place.

Anyway enough of that. My boobs are round, softish, centre full, definitely top heavy when leaning, close set, and they need some projection at wire. Im aware strapless bras don’t offer projection. I tried the panache faith strapless in 30GG and couldn’t even get it over most my boobs. I’ve just tried the curvy Kate luxe which i could get on, was quite an effort to get it on. But it’s on. Band feels fine (actually feels less firm than I thought it would though) but I like 4 hooks to fasten makes it feel secure. Cups are on, but bottom of cups are folding and wrinkling. Tops of cups are pushing into tissue along the whole length of top, more noticeable when leaning, but they are digging in all the time. Wires are too wide and I don’t think I could wear any wider or they’d be in my back. I presume strapless bras are designed to stay close to the body and are therefore very closed at the top of cups, this is a struggle for upper fullness.

I tried a camisole top over and I didn’t mind at all how it looked, but I’m not sure I could wear the bra for long periods due to top digging in and general feeling of soft projected breasts being squashed. This is the first time I’ve tried a strapless bras for about 20 years after a mortifying experience of my strapless bra constantly falling down at a wedding (didn’t help that m & s used the plus 4 method, so I was wearing a too big band and too shallow and small cup Im sure)

This is the only bra yet I have tried which has the gore completely tacking, and completely comfortable.

It’s the only bra where the back band hasn’t ridden up (all others I’ve tried ride up, no matter if I’ve established they are slightly too big, or small doing the band independence test) no matter how long for short the shoulder straps are. It has side boning which is sitting correctly. The band is staying parallel.
I was worried 65 may feel too snug as my panache blossom in 30G is on the verge of being snug, but actually I found the band to feel less snug, hooks didn’t look like they are straining, which in the blossom I think they are ever so slightly (whilst the band is also riding up and side seams are sloping backwards after a while of wearing the blossom)

I like how there is 3 hooks on the band, the straps feel secure. All over i really love it, and it feels a great fit on.

I have centre full, slightly fuller on top, close set, softish, round breasts. My leaning measurement is 3.5-4 inch greater than standing and lying. I have projected breasts (especially at the wire) and I have a deep IMF and sternum due to mild pectus excavatum (which IMO makes my breasts look less projected than other projected breasts I see, as they are starting from deeper in, rather than on front of a flatter ( not concave ribcage) if that makes sense? Left breast is definitely bigger so I try to fit that one.

All my breast tissue is in the bra cups. The wire isn’t sitting on breast tissue anywhere. What does the taughtness and almost hollow/dimpled mesh indicate? Noticeable on one side in these pics, but happens on other side sometimes. Not uncomfortable while on- this is my most comfortable bra (first time im not running to take a bra off as soon as I’m home) just curious about it.

My best fit yet imo. Panache envy 30GG. It’s a change of style from sizes g cup and lower. It’s more a full cup, has wider straps and 3 hook closure at back.
On panache website it says that a model called Bibi is wearing the 30GG (she models the chestnut, peacock green among others) but she isn’t wearing a GG as can see 2 hooks on back and thinner straps.
But I found a model called Ndey wearing a 30GG in navy blue, and I don’t think the bra looked too different on me.
Quite a few pics as I liked the bra so much I put it back on for more pics. The envy in GG is the only 30 band bra I’ve worn where the side seam isn’t tilting back at quite an angle. I think I have tall breasts, with upper fullness which was going missed and unsupported in smaller cup sizes. I feel a larger cup reaches that are more, if that makes sense (smaller sizes more sit on the end)

Last time I measured I got 30G/GG. (But didn’t get a screen shot, just ordered the envy, scantilly, and glossies a few days ago after measuring)

My breasts have really got bigger as they look ridicolous in my 30FF envy blossom, 365 (can’t even keep that one over my breasts anymore) 30F Freya fancies etc. only a few months of wearing fitting bras and scooping and swooping made a big difference (1-2 cups sizes) didn’t think it could. Also got a few 32Fs to rehome. All quite new and hardly worn, thinking eBay?

Im 5ft 10.5 and have a long torso so,I always find that my breasts look small compared to someone else of same size breasts who is shorter. I struggle to see what size breasts I really have. My breasts are round, tall, and closet set and centre full.
