Even when Granbell became an antagonist, he was still fighting for the future he believed humanity deserved. In the end, he wanted to entrust that future to the next generation rather than continuing to cling to power.

He wasn't a hero who suddenly became good at the end. He was a hero who had lost everything but still found his way back before his story ended. A True Hero in every sense of word. If only Hinata wasn't such a bum. Thank God Chloe was there to carry on his legacy for him.
