My four month transformation Home workout only
Please rate my transformation.
I was 35 years old 5'9 and 95kg.
I did a home workout with no gym membership. I basically perform bench press, squats, deadlift, dumbell press, burpees, HIIT and little cardio.
workout 5-6 times a week.
