Any tips for the last 3 weeks before the exam! Feeling overwhelmed!

If someone meets the minimum IELTS requirement, is that enough for the schools, or does a higher IELTS score improve an applicant’s chances of admission?

I am asking mainly for UofT. Can anyone tell me if a higher IELTS score helps in admission?
