Whats the longest you have waited for offer letter post LOI?
So i got my LOI for programmer analyst around February 2026. And i got graduated too recently 2 months ago and feels like i have a role in my hand yet empty handed. Cant apply roles which are paying lesser than what i got offered. How are you guys handling this situation?
