EDIT: 1. I'm from Java/ angular cluster, react people will receive after angular interviews.

      2. I haven't recieved any mails from CTS or TPO just my TPO has shared the details on placement grps.

I got LOI on jan 28.. many of them got cognizant CIS survey mail yesterday but I didn't get.. whats the reason and is it safe to not get that survey mail?? Please let me know guyss

Trying to understand the onboarding pattern for Cognizant Analyst Trainee hiring for the 2023–2024 batch.

From what I’ve seen so far:

• Feb LOI batches → many candidates were waiting for OL initially, some later received OL/DOJ
• March LOI batches → gradual OL releases happened in phases
• Some candidates received DOJ directly after long gaps
• Onboarding timelines seemed different based on location, BU, and demand

Did I miss any LOI batches for 2023–2024 hiring? If yes, please mention in comments.

Also:

• How many of you are still waiting for OL?
• Did anyone receive DOJ recently?
• Any updates from HR regarding onboarding timelines?

Would be helpful if everyone mentions:

• LOI date
• Current status (Waiting / OL received / DOJ received / Onboarded)
• Location (if comfortable sharing)

Only for 2024 & 2025 Analyst Trainee hiring candidates.

Guys most of us are waiting from 3 months to 8 months with LOI... I just can't understand what the hell are they doing literally can't they atleast give the OL and Doj even if it is in a future date!? I understand that it takes them to align with projects and business needs. But if they continue like this.. probably every LOI received people would go chase for other jobs and leave this. So what's the point here? They just keep hiring again and again! I think that's why exactly they're hiring more Analyst Trainees now.

Could anyone guide me on the steps I should follow after getting released? Also, what should I do to get a project after getting released from this project...

Hey everyone, I've selected to the cognizant's final technical+HR round in Cognizant ACE Hiring( I'm already holding GenC offer in java domain - but still not get onboarded). is there anyone who attended the final HR interview in ACE? if so, pls share what are the questions they've asked as well as your experience( I've chosen cluster 2 - Java/python/react/prompt engineering/RAG/Agentic AI)

Hi everyone,

I received a Cognizant GenC LOI for the Programmer Analyst Trainee (PAT) role with 4 LPA a few months back. Today I received another mail titled:

“Next step for your onboarding: Cognizant CIS Business Practice Opportunity”

The mail says they are inviting us to explore an opportunity in the CIS Business Practice and attached a JD for:
Engineer Trainee – Multicloud.

It also asks to fill a survey form before the deadline confirming willingness to proceed with this role.

My confusion is:

I only want to continue with the original Programmer Analyst Trainee (PAT) role and I am not interested in switching to the Multicloud/Infra support role.

So if I:

• do not fill the form
• or select “not interested”

will Cognizant reject/cancel my original PAT LOI or onboarding process?

Did anyone already confirm this with HR or get any official clarification?

Would really appreciate any help from people who received the same mail.

I have been given the option to choose either of them, which one is better ?
