LOIs were sent to off-campus candidates in January 2026, while on-campus candidates received theirs in October–November 2025. After making us wait for 8++ months, you finally sent a timeline email in August, and since then, there has been no update. NOTHING!
I just want to ask you, Mr. CEO and Cognizant people: If you don't have projects, why the hell do you hire people and send them LOIs, only to make them wait for years? Is this how you treat freshers? Is this what you call Cognizant culture?
Seriously, do you not know which month comes first and which comes later? Which batch is earlier and which is later? Is there something wrong with your database? Hire a good database expert and get your system corrected instead of playing with freshers' lives.
We are not asking for special treatment. We are just asking for clarity and timely communication. This is a crucial phase of our lives, especially in the current IT job market. We have already waited for months, and this uncertainty is affecting our careers.
Cognizant, please stop playing with freshers' careers. If you cannot onboard us anytime soon, at least have the decency to communicate clearly instead of keeping us waiting endlessly after issuing LOIs.

Has anyone completed a genc Next interview yesterday or does anyone have a today? why it will take this much time and any updates from your tpo?
I had my GenC Next interview. The interview went fine cause I was pretty nervous, solved 2 dsa/coding questions and one sql query in like 20 minutes. My entire interview was 50 minutes long. After all the technical questions the interview call was terminated.
Same day in the evening, I got a call from a Cognizant spokesperson saying that due to a technical difficulty my interview feedback could not be recorded so the interview will be retaken with the same panel. Luckily I was home, so I agreed to give interview in 5 mins cause it was getting late. I was high on adrenaline this time. I solved 4 coding questions in 10 minutes with theory questions on Core Java, Testing, Collections, AI, etc. with HR questions about relocation and shift timings adding total time to 30 - 35 minutes. Thanks to my adrenaline, my retaken interview went much better than the previous one.
Overall, I was satisfied with both the interviews, and thanks to the hiring team. They could have marked me absent or rejected me but retook the interview.
I hope that the results get declared soon for every college and the process doesn't get too delayed.
