Hi everyone, I’m currently selected for Cognizant DN 5.0 GenC Next, and I wanted to understand what happens after selection.
I’ve heard that GenC Next candidates may have to go through an internship/training period followed by an evaluation, after which they may be converted to a full-time employee.
I wanted to ask candidates who were selected for DN 4.0 GenC Next:
Did you have to complete an internship/training period before becoming an FTE?
Was there an evaluation at the end of the internship?
Was FTE conversion guaranteed, or did it depend on your evaluation/performance?
Did anyone actually get rejected/terminated after the internship because of the evaluation?
How long was the internship/training period?
After successfully completing it, did you receive the same kind of FTE employment as GenC candidates?
I would really appreciate replies from DN 4.0 GenC Next candidates who actually went through this process, rather than speculation. I’m trying to understand the actual process before my batch starts.

I have recently attended the interview for DN GenC role and through my PO, I came to know that I got selected. In superset, it shows 'Under review' for past three weeks. Day-by-day I am very worried about it. And after GPT-6, it was even worser. Without a correct conclusion, I couldn't make next step. So, if anyone got GenC role or any seniors who went thru GenC, kindly let me know when I'll get the confirmation and join CTS.

My question to those, who have got official selected list from tpo. After how many days of being in under review, offcial list was released. And did all the students who had under review got selected?

I recently attended my first interview for CTS Digital Nurture 5.0. Only one interviewer was physically present, and he was also present on Superset. Due to some background noise, he asked me to mute my microphone. So, throughout the entire interview, my microphone remained muted on Superset, and the interview was recorded.

Will this affect my interview results? If anyone has any information about this, please let me know. It would really help me.

I was recently selected for CTS Digital Nurture 5.0 through Superset. From what I understand, there are two rounds remaining after the 7-week deep skilling program:

1. Technical Assessment
2. Technical Interview

However, I'm a bit confused about the mode of these rounds.

The PDF provided on Superset mentions that the Technical Assessment will be conducted offline, while the Technical Interview will be conducted online.

However, I spoke with a few students who were selected through CTS Digital Nurture 4.0 (GenC) last year, and they told me that the Technical Assessment was conducted online, while the Technical Interview was held offline.

Can anyone from Digital Nurture 5.0 or someone with confirmed information clarify which one is correct? Has the process changed this year, or is the information in the PDF incorrect?
