So my fiancé and me both have mkv jetta’s she has a 2010 2.5 automatic. A few weeks ago her key started having problems turning off and on and she has to sit there for several minutes sometimes wiggling the key till it starts, its worse when parked facing down hill. The key has a ton of slop in the cylinder and the previous owner “replaced the cylinder and key fob a few months before is purchasing it back in January. I know I probably need to replace the cylinder, key sensor, key, and fob. I was just curious if anyone has had similar issues and what they did to fix or replace parts diy and where you outsourced your parts from. Thank you
