Hold on Payroll

At my current job we get physical checks still, for awhile I did a mobile deposit for my check but I wouldn’t get the full funds until Tuesday and I get the check on Friday. I know they put holds on them so they’re delayed in a mobile deposit. I’ve started going to them in person to deposit my check because it helps me budget for the week. They have recently started putting a hold on my check until Monday. I personally find it really annoying. I’m going in person so I could get it faster and now I’m not getting my money until Monday and due to everything being so expensive, I’m broke the whole weekend and I work the weekends. Meaning, I have no money for gas or for food for the weekend. And to clarify, it is not my job holding the check it is my bank holding the check.
