I completed my B.Com from University of Calicut and also finished my M.Com, but my university transcript process is getting delayed badly.

I want to know if any international/Indian candidates were able to sit for the US CPA exam first with existing documents and submit the final M.Com transcript later.

Currently I may only have around 90 credits from B.Com evaluation alone, but M.Com is completed — only transcript is pending.

Did any state board like Guam, Montana, Alaska, etc. allow provisional eligibility or later transcript submission in a similar case?

Would really appreciate hearing real experiences from Indian candidates.
