Any recommendations on type of thinning shears to help blend the sides better?

My thinning shears leave funny lines sometimes though I had them sharpened not long ago. Decided to look for new ones under $300 but don’t want too cheap either.

Any recommendations for best HYSA without fees?

I’m looking to put in 70k. I would like to withdraw or deposit when needed. I’m assuming I can do that with a HYSA?
