I recently started using Linux (Debian 13, KDE plasma) and came across some videos of peoples customizing their desktops on tiktok and youtube.
I read on some forum that Niri would be a good way for me to get to the desktop I have in mind. I have allot of experience in py, cs, c, js, java, html + css so I think my coding ground is good, but I am stuck on where to start and what to use.

I hope this community can help me find my path and walk my first baby steps

p.s. if someone know how to have animated wallpapers and color changing themes based on the selected wallpaper that would be amazing. I am in love with space and the blue hue.
