Are either of these conversions good options??

Hi all! I am looking for a bus to live in full time, and I was originally looking to do a conversion myself, but at this point in my life I do not have the time. I'm a college student who has the savings to buy a converted bus for no more than 35k usd. My only "must haves" are a shower, toilet, fridge, and sink (besides the normal bed, etc.) I know very little about the specifics of everything, so as I learn, I thought I would ask for your thoughts on two conversions I am considering buying.

After many beautiful years, I’m finally ready to pass my beloved “Ohana Bus” on to its next steward.

• Allison transmission

• NO roof leaks ever

•Professionally painted

• Solar setup installed (2 RENOGY solar-flex)

• Shore power hookup

• Gel battery system ( 2 RENOGY)

• Propane On-demand hot water heater

• Marine-grade propane tanks (2)

• Refrigerators (1 compact and 1 is 12 volt)

• Sink + plumbing setup

•Shower and Bath-tub (stays hot!)

•Brand new Separatte dry-composting toilet

Best on the market!

• 2 Roof hatches/access points

Do either of these seem like good options? Is there anything I should be concerned about? I will also do my own research on each, but I want to hear from the experts! Thank you!
