Liaison the Label is no better
I don’t think there’s a sub for liaison but I see a lot of people recommending that brand in this sub so I’m posting here for exposure. Has anyone experienced such wack ass customer service from them like this???? Like it’s almost comical how this was worded and handled from the start like idek what to say… I get my order cancelled bc they oversold, fine, not my first rodeo with that. But the way they worded it about me purchasing at the same time as someone else was so odd and made it seem like the other person won out (even if that’s not true, the wording was so bad). Then, they admit I was left out of early access and then didn’t even offer me the access code after???????? That is SO ODD??? Set has its issues but I have NEVER been done dirty by their customer service, in fact, they also make up and then some for any issues I’ve had w them. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this craziness….
